Smart Career moves for smart women aims to give guidance on making the right decisions when it comes to choosing your career and also when making changes to your job. This could be ways to think about promotion, starting your own business or even having a total career change.
It’s a motivating read that does make you think about what you want from your career. Reading this helps also think about what you like about your job and maybe what you want to improve.
As well as career advice, it also has a useful section called Toolkit which gives practical tips on honing your CV, preparing cover letters and thinking about your transferable skills.
This is a great book and I particularly like the sections where you write down thoughts, goals and ideas.
Highly recommended.
