Review of Holmes and Moriarty by Gareth Rubin

Today is my stop on the blog tour for Holmes and Moriarty by Gareth Rubin.

As a big Sherlock Holmes fan and a fan of The Turnglass, I was really excited to read this book.

Sherlock Holmes and Dr John Watson have been hired by an actor called George Reynolds to investigate a very strange occurrence. George is performing at a theatre, but every evening the audience are exactly the same people. Holmes and Watson are determined to find out what is going on.

However, at the same time, Holmes’ greatest enemy Professor James Moriarty is hiding from the police alongside his son.

Soon all four will converge and realise that they are being targeted by the same person. In a mystery that takes us to Switzerland, who can be trusted and who will survive?

This felt like a jump into the works of Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson - a great mystery, that I enjoyed reading.

Thank you to Random Things Tours and Simon and Schuster for sending me a copy. Check out the banner below to follow the other stops on the tour.
