Review of The Wedding Dress Repair Shop by Trisha Ashley

 Ad-PR product.

Today is my stop on the Random Things blog tour for The Wedding Dress Repair shop by Trisha Ashley.

Garland Fairford has her dream job working as a historical costumer in London and she is engaged to successful playwright Marco. Her life seems to be moving in the right direction and she is thrilled to discover a family connection with famous author Honey Fairford.

However, disaster strikes and Garksnd loses her perfect job and her fiancé in the space of a week.

To get away she accepts Honey’s offer to work at the museum she is setting up and begins repairing a selection of beautiful old wedding dresses for the museum.

Starting anew, Garland is shocked to see blast from the past Thom and the chemistry is evident from the beginning. Is this new life about to lead to Garland’s own longed for happy ever after.

This is a wonderful book full of secrets and snippets from a bygone era and I really enjoyed the setting.

I am a huge fan of Trisha Ashley’s books and this did not disappoint. I loved the historical extracts and descriptions of the beautiful gowns in this romance.

I also think that this cover is so pretty - one of my favourites this year.
