Happy publication day to Rita Bradshaw!
Today is my stop on the blog tour for A Woman of Courage by Rita Bradshaw.
Its 1890 and fifteen year old Josie Gray is singing in a pub when she is spotted by Adam McGuigan from the infamous McGuigan family.
Jodie is taken by Adam and can’t believe how lucky she is and thinks it’s a new charmed life. However, Adam dramatically changes his behaviour and Josie realised that she is now trapped.
Things get worse and soon after Josie gives birth to a son she is forced to flee abroad. Can she survive alone or will the powerful McGuigan family track her down?
I really enjoyed this book and Jodie is a great heroine.
I would recommend for fans of historical fiction.
Thank you to Chloe at Panmacmillan for including me on the tour. Check out the banner below to follow the other stops on the tour.
