Today is my stop on the blog tour for The Wedding of the Year by Jill Mansell.

I always enjoy Jill Mansell’s books and was really excited to join the blog tour for her latest book The Wedding of the Year.

It’s the perfect day for a summer wedding and everything is running smoothly until the chauffeur of the bride is asked to come back in five minutes.

As the guests sit waiting for the bride to appear, it is instead the vicar’s wife Ruby who enters the church doors asking to speak to him.

Everyone wonders what is going on and at the same time Lottie spots Max further up the church. She hasn’t seen him for years and didn’t even know that he was a friend of the bride and groom.

Max and Lottie shared a kiss fifteen years ago, but were then pulled apart. As they reunite, it’s clear to see that the chemistry is still there.

Will the wedding happen and is there more than just friendship in store for Lottie and Max?

This was such a fun read with lots of laugh out loud moments and I loved the Cornwall setting.

Thank you to Random Things Tours for including me on the tour. Check out the banner below to follow the other stops on the tour.
