Today is my stop on the Random Things blog tour for A Year in Story and Song by Lia Leendertz.
A Year in Story and Song is a celebration of the different seasons with a look at each month and the traditions associated with it.
The book highlights the reason why we have celebrations like May Day and Midsummer. It also features myths and legends, as well as facts about the flowers in each month.
This is a beautiful book. I enjoyed reading a month at a time and learned lots of new things about celebrations in each month and how these traditions have evolved over time.
I love the cover of this book.
