Review of Talking to Strangers by Fiona Barton

Today is my stop on the Ransom PR blog tour for Talking to Strangers by Fiona Barton.

When a woman’s body is found in a remote wood, it is soon found to be forty four year old Karen Simmonds.

Journalist Kiki Nunn interviewed Karen just a week earlier about her quest to find a perfect partner. Karen had set up a club for likeminded people and told Kiki about all of the highs and lows and the odd strange person that contacted her.

Kiki jumps on the case, as she desperately needs a break in her career. At the same time, DI Elise King is the Detective assigned to the case and starts looking for local suspects.

Will Kiki uncover the truth first or is just looking for answers going to prove deadly?

This was such a gripping read that I did not want to put down. Fiona Barton has brought this story to life and surprised me with the twists that the book took.

Highly recommended for fans of crime fiction.

Thank you to Ransom PR for including me. Check out the banner to follow the other stops on the tour.
