Today is my stop on the Kaleidoscopic tours blog tour for Let’s Split Up by Bill Wood.
Set in the town of Sanera in California, the book opens in 2001 when high school it couple Brad and Shelley decide to go into a haunted mansion and make a video. When they are brutally murdered it seems that the legends about this old mysterious house really are true.
A group of friends Cam, Amber, Jonesey and new girl Buffy decide to investigate. As they search for clues about what really happened, it seems the legend that the man who once lived in the house is taking revenge on those in the town, is actually true.
Deciding to enter the derelict of house, the four make the questionable decision of splitting up to investigate. Will they find out what happened or will
I got real 90s teen horror film vibes from this book and loved it. It also reminded me of Point horror books which I read all of the time when I was younger, I was actually talking to my daughter about them the other day.
This was an action packed, nail-biting read that I did not want to put down!
