Today is my stop on the blog tour for In Fine Spirits: A Complete Guide to Distilled Drinks by Joel Harrison and Neil Ridley.
This is such an interesting book that is packed full of details about the actual process of making distilled drinks and then facts and information about different spirits.
I particularly liked the way that it introduced a history of each spirit and then suggested different cocktail recipes. The cocktail recipes look really good and I love the way that they are portrayed in the book.
I look forward to trying some of these recipes over the festive season.
