Review of A Most Private Bank by Andreas F. Clenow

I am delighted to be taking part in the Random Things blog tour for A Most Private Bank today. I received a copy of this book as part of the blog tour.

Jim Dixon moved to Zurich ten years ago after a dramatic fall from grace in his Wall Street career. Life in Switzerland had seemingly given him the perfect fresh start and allowed him to act as a big fish in a small pond in the secretive world of Swiss finance. However, it appears that his past is about to catch up with him.

When he meets the socialite daughter of one of his former clients, he thinks it is just a courtesy visit and agrees in order to be polite. Christina Rosenbaum is no ordinary heiress looking for a way to spend her money and instead there meeting puts into motion a train of events that change everything and cannot be reversed.

In only a week it will trigger dramatic events that will see jobs ruined, lives lost and fortunes made.

This is an action packed and compelling book that is filled with suspense. I was hooked from the very first page.

The author has woven together a plot that keeps you guessing until the very end. It keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time as you wonder what will happen next in the exclusive, secret world of Swiss finance.

I highly recommend this book, especially if you enjoy thrillers and detective novels.
