Review of It Only Takes a Minute by Sasha Lane

I am so excited to be joining the Random Things blog tour for It Only Takes a Minute today. I received a copy of this book as part of the tour.

Keira has a month-long sabbatical from the bank that she is working at and on the spur of the moment books a solo trip to Portugal.

On her first day, she strikes up a friendship with the owners of the local bar and then meets Dylan. There is an instant attraction, but Keira has not exactly gone away to meet someone new.

Being away for four weeks can change your outlook on life though and after a month of sun, sea and cocktails will she want to go back to her old life?

I particularly loved the description of the wine, food and pastries in this book. The author vividly brings all of the element of the holiday to life and you feel like you’re there with Keira.

I loved this novella, it is such a fun read that instantly transports you to carefree days on holiday. I highly recommend it and would say that it is the perfect beach reading this summer.
