Review of The Agathas by Kathleen Glasgow and Liz Lawson

I received a copy of this book as part of the Rock the Boat VIP event and I read it as a buddy read.

‘What would Agatha Christie do?’

When the most popular girl in school is found dead and the wrong person has been blamed, unlikely duo Alice Ogilvie and Iris Adams team up to uncover who really is the murderer.

Alice is already well known in Castle Cove after she disappeared for five days and is finding it hard to readjust. When Iris is assigned as her tutor, the two seem to be opposites but soon find they have more in common than they think.

The problem is that Castle Cove has its own secrets too and in the hope of finding the true killer, Alice and Iris are walking into a lot of danger too.

I really enjoyed this book, which is full of twists and turns and a lot of surprises for the readers. I can’t wait to read the next book by Kathleen Glasgow and Liz Lawson.

I loved the references to Agatha Christie throughout and the quotes at the beginning of each chapter.
