Happy publication day to Araminta hall

I read an early copy of One of the Good Guys last year and it was one of my favourite books of 2023.

When Mel meets Cole she thinks she has found the perfect man and when they h get married that is what everyone tells her. Cole is romantic, hands on with housework, keen to be a Dad and seemingly supportive of her career.

So when Mel walks out on him, he can’t believe it and can’t see where it went wrong.

Looking for a new start, Coke moves to the coast and into a cottage by the see that comes with his job. There he meets artist Lennie and he feels like she might have been the one all along.

However, when two young women disappear nearby whilst on a walk raising awareness of violence against women, Cole and Lennie find themselves at the centre of the investigation.

What are they trying to hide?

This is such an amazing book that I couldn't put it down and I could not stop thinking about long after finishing it.

The ending completely blew my mind! This is definitely a book for your 2024 tbr.
