Review of Kitchen Sanctuary: Quick and Easy by Nicky Corbishley

Today is my stop on the Random Things blog tour for Kitchen Sanctuary: Quick and Easy by Nicky Corbishley.

The latest cook book from Kitchen Sanctuary focuses on fast and easy to prepare meals. This is exactly the kind of book I like after a busy working day with two children.

We particularly enjoyed trying the different pasta recipes and the pizza toast has become a lunch time staple.

The book covers veggie, fish, chicken, meat, pasta and rice dishes and has a great chapter on sauces.

This is such a brilliant cookbook that is filled with lots of different and easy recipes. I am a pasta lover and was thrilled by all of the different recipes to try. Below, is a picture of my attempt at the red pepper pesto and feta pasta, which was delicious.
